Turmeric & herbs of Provence Grains with Ratatouille

Cooking instructions

1. 

Finely mince the onion.

2. 

Dice the yellow pepper, the zucchini and the eggplant.

3. 

In a pan, brown the vegetables and the garlic on high heat in olive oil for 3 min.

4. 

Add the tomato puree to the vegetables and mix. Season to your liking.

5. 

Let cook for 5 min on medium heat.

6. 

In the meantime, prepare a full box of Turmeric & Herbs of Provence Grains as per package instructions. Set aside.

7. 

Serve Turmeric & Herbs of Provence with the ratatouille.
