Cooking instructions
1.Finely mince the onion.
2.Dice the yellow pepper, the zucchini and the eggplant.
3.In a pan, brown the vegetables and the garlic on high heat in olive oil for 3 min.
4.Add the tomato puree to the vegetables and mix. Season to your liking.
5.Let cook for 5 min on medium heat.
6.In the meantime, prepare a full box of Turmeric & Herbs of Provence Grains as per package instructions. Set aside.
7.Serve Turmeric & Herbs of Provence with the ratatouille.
