Salty mini-cakes with Mediterranean Couscous

Cooking instructions

1. 

Cook the Mediterranean Couscous as per on the packaging.

2. 

Cut the tomatoes and put them in a blender with the parsley, salt and pepper to obtain a tomato pulp.

3. 

Cut into cubes the sun-dried tomatoes and the feta cheese.

4. 

Pour the flour into a bowl, make a well, add the eggs, milk and olive oil and mix.

5. 

Add the yeast, cheese, tomato pulp, sun-dried tomato cubes and feta cheese and the Mediterranean Couscous to the previous preparation. Mix well.

6. 

Pour the mixture into a buttered mini cake tin and place in a hot oven at 160°C (th.5) for 30 minutes.
