Cooking instructions
1.In a saucepan, bring 375 mL (1 1/2 cups) of water to a boil. Add salt and remove from heat.
2.Add the grain delight to the saucepan and stir. Cover and let stand for 7 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
3.Transfer the grain delight to a bowl. Let cool.
4.Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, dressing and, if desired, olives. Stir gently, then garnish with feta cheese.
