Quinoa Winter Salad

Cooking instructions

1. 

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the Tipiak Gourmet Quinoa according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again.

2. 

In a salad bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.

3. 

Add the kale, red onion and quinoa to the bowl. Stir.

4. 

Garnish with arils, cranberries and pistachios.
