Cooking instructions
1.In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the Tipiak Gourmet Quinoa according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again.
2.In a salad bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
3.Add the kale, red onion and quinoa to the bowl. Stir.
4.Garnish with arils, cranberries and pistachios.
