Quinoa Gourmet Lightly Seasoned Falafel

Cooking instructions

1. 

Cook the Quinoa Gourmet Lightly Seasoned in simmering salted water as per package instructions.

2. 

Dissolve the starch in the soya milk.

3. 

Finely chop the onion and garlic clove.

4. 

Put the cooked quinoa, garlic, onion, parsley, chickpea flour, coriander, cumin, salt and soya milk with the starch into a bowl. Mix well until the texture is sticky enough to form balls. Shape into falafels.

5. 

Fry the falafels in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
