Jasmin tea and coconut Gourmet Quinoa bites

Cooking instructions

1. 

Cook the Tipiak Gourmet Quinoa following the instructions on the package.

2. 

Meanwhile, heat the coconut milk, add the jasmin green tea powder and stir.

3. 

Once the quinoa is cooked, drain and return to the pot. Add the coconut milk and tea mix.

4. 

Gradually sprinkle the tapioca on the quinoa mix and cook for 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed, while stirring to make sure the mix does not stick to the bottom of the pot.

Let cool in the refrigerator.

6. 

When the quinoa mix has cooled, shape into balls of approximately 2 cm in diameter. Roll in coconut flakes.

Tips

You can purchase green tea and then pass it through a blender to create a fine powder.
