Italian Style Grain Salad Bowl

Cooking instructions

1. 

In a saucepan, prepare Grains Delight Turmeric & Herbs of Provence as per package instructions. Set aside.

2. 

Slice the red cabbage finely, cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.

3. 

Divide the ingredients evenly into 3 bowls, including mozzarela balls.

4. 

For the sauce, mix the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar together and season to your liking. Pour it over the bowl.

Tips

For a non-veg version, add 3 slices of grilled or oven baked bacon (step 2)
