Greek Couscous Salad

Cooking instructions

1. 

In a saucepan, bring 375 mL (1 1/2 cups) of water to a boil. Add salt and remove from heat.

2. 

Cook 200g of Tipiak Couscous according to the cooking instructions on the pack.

3. 

Transfer the couscous to a bowl. Let cool.

4. 

Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, dressing and, if desired, olives. Stir gently, then garnish with feta cheese.
