Bolognese Style Organic Grains

Cooking instructions

1. 

Add the stock cube to 2 cups of boiling water. Rehydrate the textured soy proteins with the vegetable broth for 10 minutes.

2. 

In the meantime, brown the chopped onion with olive oil in a frying pan over high heat for 2/3 minutes.

3. 

Add the textured soy proteins with the vegetable broth, the tomato sauce, then reduce to medium-low heat, and let simmer until you are satisfied with the texture (at least 5 min).

4. 

Prepare the pouch of Grains Delight Tomato & Oregano as per package instructions.

5. 

Pour on bolognese sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
