Cooking instructions
1.Peel the tomatoes, dice the dried apricots and the bell pepper. Cut the chicken in pieces.
2.Cook the bell pepper, the onions and the chicken with olive oil in a large pan for a few minutes.
3.Add the tomatoes, the apricots, the water, the stock cube and the cumin into the preparation. Season to taste, cover and let cook for 30 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, prepare the TIPIAK Spiced Couscous : Pour the content of the bag in a plate. Add 600 ml of boiling water, a dash of olive oil and mix. Cover and let stand for 7 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Tips
You can add blanched almonds for more crunchiness.
