Turkey and Couscous Patties

Cooking instructions

1. 

In a bowl, toss the TIPIAK Spice Couscous with 10ml (2 tsp) of oil. Pour 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water into the bowl and stir. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before fluffing the couscous with a fork. Let cool.

2. 

In a large bowl, toss the ground turkey with the couscous, broccoli, gouda cheese, green onions, garlic powder and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

3. 

Shape eight patties using about 80 ml (⅓ cup) of mixture for each.

4. 

In a large skillet, heat the remaining oil over medium heat. Cook a few patties at a time, 10 to 12 minutes at a time, turning them several times during cooking, until the inside of the patties has lost its pinkish color.

5. 

Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise with the yogurt and salad seasoning in a bowl.

6. 

Serve the patties with the sauce.
