Thai Curry

Cooking instructions

1. 

In a frying pan, brown the chopped onion in a tbsp olive oil. Add the curry paste and stir over low heat for roughly 2 minutes. Add the diced tofu, and wait until it is browned (about 2 minutes).

In the meantime, prepare Grains delight Turmeric & Herbs of Provence as per package instructions.

3. 

In a frying pan, cook the broccoli heads with the garlic and a tbps olive oil for 4/5 min.

4. 

Add the coconut milk and the peanut butter to the tofu and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.

5. 

Serve the grains with the curry and tofu sauce and the broccolis. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
