Cooking instructions
1.In a saucepan, cook the Tipiak Easy Cooking Quinoa according to package directions. Set aside.
2.In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the sausages for 2 to 3 minutes, turning them halfway.
3.Add the Cajun spices and chicken broth to the pan. Bring to a boil. Add the shrimps and frozen mixed vegetables. Cover, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
4.Add the cooked quinoa to the pan and continue cooking for 1 minute while stirring.
