Quinoa, zucchini and carrot patties

Cooking instructions

1. 

Preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F).

2. 

Cook the TIPIAK Gourmet Quinoa according to instructions on the package. Drain and let cool.

3. 

In a bowl, mix the eggs, quinoa, zucchini, carrot, parmesan, green onions, garlic and fine herbs, and half of the panko. Salt and pepper.

4. 

Shape into 8 patties. Coat patties with the remaining panko.

5. 

Place patties on a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment paper. Cook in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes while flipping them halfway.

6. 

Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

7. 

Serve patties with the sauce.
