Cooking instructions
1.In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, the onion, garlic and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Mix and pour the pouch of Mediterranean Couscous.
2.Add the broth gradually as it is absorbed. Add the cooking cream and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
3.Arrange your plate, sprinkle again with parmesan and add a coriander leaf.
