Goumet Quinoa with salmon and zucchini tagliatelle

Cooking instructions

1. 

Using a vegetable peeler, slice the zucchini lengthwise.

2. 

Cook the Tipiak Gourmet Quinoa following the instructions on the package.

3. 

Two minutes before end of cooking time, add the zucchini slices in the pot. Drain and set aside.

4. 

Cut the salmon filets in cubes.

5. 

In a saucepan, add the cooking cream, the salmon cubes and the parmesan. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Rectify seasoning if necessary.

6. 

Add the smoked salmon slices and the basil or dill.

7. 

Serve hot.
