Fish Curry

Cooking instructions

1. 

Salt and pepper cod fillet cubes.

2. 

In a frying pan, heat a little bit of olive oil on medium heat. Brown cod cubes for 5 to 6 minutes. Set aside on a plate.

In the same pan, heat a little bit of olive oil on medium heat. Cook the onion and bell pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. 

Add the curry paste and cook another 30 seconds while stirring.

5. 

Add the coconut milk. Bring to a boil, let simmer for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat. Add the fish in the pan and slowly stir.

6. 

Meanwhile, cook the TIPIAK Pearls Express according to the instructions on the package.

7. 

Serve the cod on a bed of Express Pearls. Garnish with golden raisins.
