Cooking instructions
1.Salt and pepper cod fillet cubes.
2.In a frying pan, heat a little bit of olive oil on medium heat. Brown cod cubes for 5 to 6 minutes. Set aside on a plate.
3.In the same pan, heat a little bit of olive oil on medium heat. Cook the onion and bell pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.
4.Add the curry paste and cook another 30 seconds while stirring.
5.Add the coconut milk. Bring to a boil, let simmer for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat. Add the fish in the pan and slowly stir.
6.Meanwhile, cook the TIPIAK Pearls Express according to the instructions on the package.
7.Serve the cod on a bed of Express Pearls. Garnish with golden raisins.
