Express Pearls and Raspberry Salad

Cooking instructions

1. 

In a pot of boiling water, place the bags of Tipiak Express Pearls. Cook according to instructions on the package. Set aside to cool.

2. 

In a salad bowl, mix the Pearls with the spinach and salad dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. 

Divide the Pearls among four plates. Garnish with raspberries, feta and walnuts.
