Cooking instructions
1.Cook couscous according to package directions. Fluff couscous with a fork and let cool.
2.In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with 30 mL (2 tbsp.) water and Cajun spices.
3.In four bowls, divide couscous, chicken, mango, corn and, if desired, black beans.
4.Drizzle the sauce over the bowls.
