Barbecue grilled vegetable bowl

Cooking instructions

Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat (approximately 220 ° C – 425 ° F).

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the vegetables separately. Drizzle with oil and add the lemon halves. Pepper.

Place the baking sheet on the hot barbecue grill. Close the lid and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Remove from the barbecue and let cool.

Meanwhile, cook the Tipiak Express Pearls according to package directions.

In a bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.

In another bowl, toss the pearls with a third of the dressing.

In four bowls, divide the pearls, grilled vegetables, grilled chicken strips and feta separately. Top with remaining dressing. Garnish with the green onions and basil, then squeeze the toasted lemon halves over the bowls.
