Trail mix energy balls

Cooking instructions

1. 

In a pot of boiling water, place the TIPIAK Easy-Cooking Quinoa boil-in-bag. Cook according to package directions. Let cool.

2. 

In the food processor, add the dates, almond butter, oats, honey and vanilla. Mix into an homogeneous and smooth paste.

3. 

In a bowl, place the oatmeal mixture, cranberries, quinoa, walnuts and mini chocolate chips. Stir.

4. 

Shape 25 balls using about 30ml (2 tbsp) of mixture for each.

5. 

Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
