Lentils salad niçoise

Cooking instructions

1. 

Cook the TIPIAK Express Green Lentils according to the cooking instructions indicated on the packaging and leave it to cool.

2. 

Meanwhile, cut the tomato and the yellow pepper in small dices.

3. 

Chop the onion finely and cut the eggs into quarters.

4. 

Mix in a bowl and add the tuna and the olives.

5. 

Mix and season to your taste.

6. 

Arrange anchovies fillets on top.

7. 

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

8. 

Serve with a salad dressing.  It’s ready!

Tips

You can add pine nuts to your salad.
